Custom RTA... How?
Yes, Ready To Assemble at your requested design size.
It is made possible through very strong joints with European-Type Screws approved by AWI (Architectural Woodworking Institute). They are standard 400A-S-10 for premium quality cabinet construction without glue, to readily assembly and disassembly back and forth.

What materials are cabinets made of?
We strongly suggest melamine Particle Board, which is easy to clean and has great stability and lightness. It is greener -helps conserve ambient-. PB is not what it used to be, now the core is more consistent and protected. Most cabinets have been made with this material for years.
We also use a very good quality and thick Plywood (3/4" instead of just half and inch or even 3/8") to minimize twists and bends. Since it is made of wood layers, the grains generate forces that could misalign the doors and unions between cabinets.
And the very best of all is the "the combination." To increase moisture resistance, strength, and for easier clean, plywood must be laminated (combined) with a hard surface such as Formica liner on the inside (for the highest possible quality).
Note that many cabinets called solid wood are really plywood. Do not get confused!!!
MDF is another material we supply. It has a very uniform and dense structure, which unfortunately causes it to be inappropriate for upper cabinets, due to its heavy weigh.
Extira is a special MDF that is great for lower cabinets for an exterior-covered patio, since such material is greatly resistant to termites and moisture.
